Contemporary Brown Leather Modular Sectional Sofa with Chaise

This contemporary brown leather modular sectional sofa, provided as a 3ds Max model, features a low-profile chaise and loose cushions. This modular sectional sofa exhibits a low-profile, clean-lined aesthetic characteristic of contemporary furniture design. The frame is finished in a dark brown leather, which contrasts with the soft, textured fabric cushions included as part of the set. The configuration consists of a long, deep-seated base with an integrated chaise end, providing an expansive lounging area. The cushions, including a dark grey square pillow and two beige rectangular ones, are arranged to add depth and tactile variety. A draped throw blanket with fringe detail rests over the central section, enhancing the relaxed, inviting appearance of the piece.

The download is a 48.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a single assembly, with the cushions and throw blanket grouped or layered separately for ease of adjustment. Users should verify the scale against the project scene units before placement. Materials are applied using standard mapping, allowing for quick adjustments to the leather sheen or fabric bump maps to suit specific lighting conditions. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient viewport performance when integrating this asset into larger residential interior scenes or high-end hospitality lobby visualisations.
