About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features an L-shaped leather sofa with a chaise, coffee table, lighting, and decor. This comprehensive interior scene focuses on a modular L-shaped sofa upholstered in dark brown leather, complemented by crisp white scatter cushions. The set includes a low-profile rectangular coffee table crafted from dark timber with a black top surface. Surrounding elements consist of a modern floor lamp, a contemporary spherical pendant light, two framed wall artworks, and a decorative rug featuring a traditional red and cream pattern. The arrangement is designed as a cohesive living area, balancing clean, modern lines with the warmth of traditional textile accents and rich wood tones.

The download is a 14.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp scene, import the component into your master model and position it within your floor plan. The elements are grouped, allowing for easy selection if you need to isolate the sofa or modify the coffee table independently. Ensure the model is scaled correctly to your project's dimensions before applying custom materials or adjusting the lighting intensity of the pendant fixture to match your specific interior environment and render settings.
