Contemporary Brown Leather L-Shaped Sofa Living Room Scene in White

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features an L-shaped brown leather sofa, matching ottoman, and curated accessories. This comprehensive living room set centers on a tufted, L-shaped leather sofa with a chaise section, finished in a rich, warm brown tone. The configuration includes a low-profile rectangular coffee table with a dark stone top and a matching upholstered ottoman. Accents include a coordinated armchair, a sculptural circular metal shelving unit, and a spiral crystal pendant light. The ensemble is grounded by a neutral-toned area rug, with additional decorative elements like white scatter cushions, a bust sculpture, and indoor greenery completing the cohesive, high-end residential aesthetic of the arrangement.

The download is a 46.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilise this SketchUp scene by importing the entire model directly into your project file via the components tray or by merging it into your existing workspace. The assets are organised into distinct layers, allowing for the easy isolation of the sofa, lighting, or decor elements if only specific pieces are required. Ensure textures are correctly mapped after scaling to fit your floor plan, and adjust the lighting intensity of the pendant fixture within your preferred rendering environment to match your project's specific atmosphere.

This furniture arrangement is ideal for residential interior visualisations, particularly for open-plan living areas, luxury apartment staging, or high-end hotel lobby designs. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary architectural shells, providing a focal point that balances comfort with sophisticated material choices. Professionals looking for a complete lounge solution will find this set efficient for rapid concept development, especially when working on mood boards or client presentations where a fully styled, ready-to-render living space is required to demonstrate scale and layout.
