Contemporary Brown Leather and Wood Living Room Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a 3-seater sofa, matching armchair, and coffee table in warm timber and leather. This furniture grouping includes a robust 3-seater sofa and a single armchair, both defined by heavy, clean-lined timber frames and smooth leather upholstery in a deep brown tone. The accompanying coffee table mirrors the structural aesthetic, featuring a low-profile design with integrated open storage shelving. The set is presented as a complete scene, including decorative potted plants and a circular pendant light, which reinforce the cohesive, mid-century modern-inspired silhouette. The wood grain is prominent throughout the frames, providing a grounded, natural contrast to the sleek, matte finish of the upholstered cushions.

The download is a 14.8 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a collection of components, allowing for easy placement and individual manipulation of the sofa, armchair, and table. Users can apply custom materials to the timber frames or leather surfaces using the paint bucket tool, while the group structure facilitates simple scaling to suit specific floor plans. The model is lightweight enough for quick iteration, provided that textures are managed through the materials browser to maintain efficient file performance during the design development phase.
