About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa in 3ds Max features ribbed brown leather upholstery, complemented by an attached metal side table. This 3-seater sofa showcases a clean, linear aesthetic defined by its distinctive vertical ribbed leather upholstery on the seat, back, and arms. The deep brown leather finish provides a rich texture, contrasted by a selection of plush scatter cushions in neutral grey and light beige fabric tones. A sleek, integrated side table with a dark frame and a glass surface extends from one end, offering a functional platform for small accessories. The overall silhouette is low-profile and structured, making it a versatile choice for modern interior compositions requiring both comfort and refined detailing.

The download is a 9.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate efficient scene management. Users can easily manipulate the leather material properties or adjust the scatter cushion positions to suit specific render requirements. The integrated side table is a separate component, allowing for independent placement or removal if the sofa is needed as a standalone piece. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for snapping to floor planes, and check that object scales are uniform before merging into larger interior scenes.

This sofa is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern executive lounges. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and ambient floor lighting to create a cohesive seating arrangement. Professionals searching for a sophisticated leather sofa for contemporary interior design projects will find this asset fits seamlessly into various layouts. It is particularly effective in staging shots where a structured, high-quality furniture piece is required to anchor a space without overwhelming the surrounding decor elements.
