Contemporary Brown Leather 2-Seater Sofa with Cushions, 2-Seater

This contemporary 2-seater sofa, modelled for 3ds Max, features a rich brown leather upholstery and contrasting grey and orange cushions. This 2-seater sofa is defined by its clean, contemporary lines and low-profile silhouette. The piece is upholstered in a smooth, matte-finish brown leather, which covers the seat, backrest, and integrated armrests. It is supported by a dark wood frame base with slender, tapered legs that provide a subtle lift. Two decorative throw cushions are included: one in a dark grey fabric and one in a vibrant orange, adding a touch of texture and colour contrast to the neutral leather base. The overall proportions suggest a compact yet comfortable seating solution for smaller spaces.

The download is a 10.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working with this 3ds Max asset, ensure the model is placed on a flat plane within your scene to avoid floating geometry. The leather material is mapped to the primary frame, while the cushions are separate objects, allowing for easy adjustment or replacement. Users can apply standard material editors to tweak the leather reflectivity or fabric bump maps to suit specific lighting conditions. Maintain the object in its own layer to facilitate easier selection and manipulation during the final stages of interior scene composition.

This sofa is ideal for modern living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or relaxed office lounge areas where a sophisticated, comfortable seating option is required. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, neutral area rugs, and warm ambient lighting. Search for this piece when specifying furniture for residential projects or commercial hospitality interiors that require a balanced, contemporary aesthetic. Its compact 2-seater configuration makes it particularly effective for staging smaller apartments or studio spaces where floor area is at a premium and style is essential.
