About this asset

This modular seating arrangement consists of a low-profile, L-shaped sectional sofa finished in a warm brown fabric. The seating surface features extensive deep-button tufting across the entire base and backrest, creating a uniform, quilted aesthetic. The set includes a rectangular coffee table with a clean-lined white frame and a dark, reflective top surface. The sofa profile is intentionally low, emphasizing a relaxed, lounge-focused geometry suitable for modern open-plan layouts. The piece is presented as a complete set, including coordinated cushions to maintain the visual consistency of the tufted design.

The download is a 23.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max file directly into their project scenes. The model is structured for efficient placement, with the sofa and coffee table grouped for easy transformation and scaling. Texture mapping is applied to the fabric surfaces to maintain the tufted detail, while the table surfaces utilize standard material slots for quick adjustments to reflections or base colours. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane for accurate snapping within architectural interior scenes.
