Contemporary Brown Fabric Dining Set with Glass Base Table

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a rectangular table with glass slab legs and four upholstered fabric dining chairs. The set comprises a rectangular dining table supported by two thick, semi-transparent blue-tinted glass slab legs, providing a visually light base. The tabletop is finished in a dark, solid material. Accompanying the table are four dining chairs, each featuring a slim, tapered wooden leg structure and a fully upholstered backrest and seat in a warm, textured brown fabric. The design emphasizes clean lines and a balanced material contrast between the cool, transparent glass and the soft, organic upholstery, creating a refined look suitable for modern dining environments.

The download is a 113 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max set as a single group or individual assets to populate dining room scenes. The glass materials are configured for transparency and refraction, requiring appropriate environment settings for optimal rendering. The chairs are organized with pivot points at the base for easy placement around the table. Texture maps for the fabric upholstery should be checked for tiling patterns, while the table's glass legs utilize standard material slots for adjustment of opacity and tint intensity.

This dining set is well-suited for high-end residential projects, luxury apartments, and boutique hotel dining areas. It pairs effectively with minimalist interior schemes, contemporary open-plan kitchen-diners, or formal dining rooms requiring a sophisticated, uncluttered aesthetic. Professionals might search for this asset when specifying furniture for modern living spaces, seeking a balance between structural transparency and tactile comfort. It works best in scenes lit to highlight the translucency of the glass base and the matte texture of the fabric.
