About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max dining set features a 6-seater oval table with a fluted base and matching brown fabric upholstered chairs. The set comprises a large oval dining table supported by a substantial, vertically fluted cylindrical base finished in a deep black. The tabletop features a smooth, reflective surface. Accompanying the table are six dining chairs with fully upholstered backs and seats in a warm brown fabric. Each chair is supported by four slender, tapered black metal legs, accented with gold-toned ferrules at the feet. The design balances a dark, monochromatic palette with subtle metallic detailing, offering a refined aesthetic suitable for high-end residential dining areas or sophisticated hotel restaurant settings.

The download is a 20.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical groups for easy placement within an interior scene. The materials are assigned via standard material IDs, allowing for quick adjustments to the fabric textures or metal finishes. Users should verify that the pivot points are aligned to the floor plane for accurate positioning. For realistic lighting, ensure the scene uses an appropriate HDRI or interior light setup to capture the subtle reflections on the tabletop and the sheen of the metallic ferrules.

This dining set is ideal for luxury residential projects, particularly in formal dining rooms or open-plan living spaces. Its contemporary silhouette pairs well with minimalist or transitional interiors. Professionals searching for a coordinated dining solution will find this set effective for hospitality design, such as boutique hotel dining areas or upscale café fit-outs.
