About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a round ottoman upholstered in blush pink velvet with detailed button tufting throughout. This round ottoman presents a classic button-tufted silhouette reimagined through a contemporary lens. The exterior is fully upholstered in a soft, blush pink velvet fabric, which provides a plush texture and subtle light-reflecting qualities. The tufting creates a diamond-patterned depth across the entire surface, including the top and sides, resulting in a cohesive and tactile appearance. Its low-profile, cylindrical form is balanced, offering both functional seating and a decorative accent piece. The absence of visible legs gives it a grounded, monolithic aesthetic that integrates seamlessly into various interior design schemes.

When working in 3ds Max, this model is designed for straightforward integration into interior scenes. Users should check the scale upon import to ensure it matches the project units. The velvet material uses procedural or mapped textures that can be adjusted in the Slate Material Editor to modify the sheen or colour intensity. It is recommended to place the ottoman on a separate layer for easy toggling during viewport navigation. Lighting setups should focus on highlighting the tufted shadows to maintain visual depth.

This piece is ideal for residential living rooms, walk-in closets, or boutique hotel suites where a touch of soft texture is required. It pairs well with minimalist sofas or as a contrasting element in more ornate, classic settings. Designers often search for tufted ottomans to provide flexible seating solutions or to act as a footrest in lounge areas. It works effectively in high-end staging or commercial projects, adding a pop of colour and a tactile, inviting quality to the space.
