About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a blue tufted sofa accompanied by a curated selection of tables and decor. This comprehensive living room set includes a three-seater blue fabric sofa with a button-tufted backrest and seat cushions, supported by slender black metal legs. The arrangement is complemented by a trio of nesting-style coffee tables with varied top finishes, a tall open-frame metal shelving unit, and a small wooden side table. Decorative elements include a geometric patterned rug, a large abstract framed artwork, a branched pendant light fixture, and a potted plant in a woven planter. The ensemble provides a cohesive aesthetic suitable for immediate placement into a digital interior design project.

The download is a 28.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To integrate this SketchUp model into a project, import the file and explode the component if individual furniture items need to be repositioned or reconfigured. The geometry is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy material assignment or texture replacement via the native paint bucket tool. Ensure the scene is placed on a dedicated layer or tag for visibility management, and use the native shadow settings to test the lighting interaction with the included pendant light and various surface materials.

Ideal for residential interior design visualisations, this set works well in open-plan living areas, apartments, or staged show homes. The neutral palette and contemporary forms pair effectively with modern architectural styles. Professionals can use this scene during the concept design or final rendering phase to quickly populate a space.
