About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a blue fabric sectional sofa paired with a dual-tone white and wood coffee table set. The sectional sofa features a modular design with a left-hand chaise, upholstered in a textured blue fabric that suggests a casual, relaxed aesthetic. It includes integrated square back cushions and deep seat cushions. Accompanying the seating is a low-profile coffee table composed of two interlocking sections: one finished in a clean white laminate and the other in a warm-toned natural wood grain. This combination creates a functional, balanced grouping that prioritizes comfort and clean geometric lines, suitable for a wide range of modern interior layouts and open-plan living spaces.

The download is a 21.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is structured as a component set, allowing for easy placement and scaling within your project file. Users should verify the scale against their floor plan upon insertion. The materials are applied as standard SketchUp textures, which can be modified or replaced using the material editor to suit specific project palettes. Ensure the geometry is placed on a dedicated layer or tag to maintain a clean scene hierarchy, particularly when working with complex interior models.

This furniture set is suited for residential living room designs, hotel lounge areas, and contemporary apartment staging. The sectional configuration works well in corner arrangements or as a central feature in an open-plan room. Designers often search for these pieces when specifying relaxed, family-oriented seating solutions that incorporate integrated storage or surface areas. It pairs effectively with minimalist area rugs, floor lamps, and neutral wall finishes, providing a pop of colour and a cohesive aesthetic for high-quality interior visualisations.
