About this asset

This 3ds Max lounge set features a contemporary blue fabric sofa, white armchair, marble coffee table, and patterned rug for interior design. This curated furniture arrangement comprises a three-seater sofa upholstered in a soft blue fabric, paired with a matching white armchair featuring exposed timber frames. The central element is a circular coffee table with a white marble top supported by slender black metal legs. A geometric-patterned area rug anchors the scene, which is completed by decorative cushions in plaid and gingham patterns. The set includes a potted indoor plant, providing organic contrast to the clean lines of the wooden furniture bases and the minimalist profiles of the seating pieces.

The download is a 142 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should import this 3ds Max asset as a unified collection to populate living room layouts. The components are grouped for ease of placement, allowing for quick adjustments to the rotation and scale within the scene. Materials are pre-assigned, requiring standard texture mapping adjustments if scaled significantly. Lighting should be configured to highlight the fabric textures of the upholstery and the reflective quality of the marble table surface, ensuring the scene maintains a realistic balance of soft and hard materials.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set fits perfectly into apartment staging, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas. It provides a cohesive, ready-to-use aesthetic for architectural visualisations, saving time in the development of shared social spaces. Designers often search for complete furniture groupings to populate floor plans quickly during the concept stage. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and hardwood flooring, creating a balanced, inviting atmosphere suitable for both high-end residential and commercial hospitality environments.
