About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a blue fabric L-shaped sofa with a chaise, paired with curated decor. This complete living room composition centres on a modular L-shaped sofa upholstered in a soft blue fabric, accented by grey and mustard yellow scatter cushions. The set includes a low-profile round coffee table with a dark marble top and timber base, a matching yellow armchair, and an arched floor lamp. A large graphic-patterned rug anchors the space, while the background features a white panelled wall and a framed architectural print. The scene also incorporates a pendant chandelier, a potted indoor plant, and small decorative accessories, offering a fully styled, cohesive interior arrangement.

The download is a 59.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp component into their project as a singular grouped entity or explode the hierarchy to modify individual furniture pieces. The textures are mapped to the geometry, allowing for easy adjustment of material properties. Since the file includes lighting elements and decorative assets, it is best to place the model within a dedicated layer to manage visibility and performance during the modelling process. Ensure the face normals are correctly oriented after scaling to maintain accurate light reflection.

Ideal for residential interior visualisations and hospitality lobby designs, this scene provides a ready-made focal point for living room renders. It pairs well with modern or contemporary architectural styles and can be used in early design development or final presentation phases. Professionals might search for this asset when looking for a complete lounge set, a modern sectional sofa, or curated living room furniture to populate high-end apartment or boutique hotel project files quickly.
