About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a blue fabric curved modular sofa set, complete with two stone coffee tables and a floor lamp. The primary element is a low-profile, curved modular sofa upholstered in a textured blue fabric, featuring a deep seat and integrated chaise section. It is accompanied by a set of two hexagonal coffee tables—one finished in white marble and the other in contrasting black stone—providing a geometric counterpoint to the organic curves of the seating. A slender, minimalist floor lamp with a spherical shade completes the composition. The set includes several scatter cushions in varied grey and white tones, enhancing the layered, soft aesthetic of the arrangement.

The download is a 66.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups for easy placement and manipulation within a model. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly to their project environment before applying custom materials or textures. The individual components, including the tables and lighting, can be separated from the main sofa group to allow for flexible layout configurations. When rendering, apply appropriate bump and displacement maps to the fabric surfaces to capture the material's texture, and ensure the lamp is assigned a light-emitting material.

This furniture set is suited for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas where a statement piece is required. It pairs effectively with modern interior schemes, particularly those featuring open-plan layouts that benefit from curved furniture to soften architectural lines. Professionals searching for 'curved sofa sets', 'modular lounge furniture', or 'contemporary living room staging' will find this model versatile for both conceptual visualisations and detailed interior design presentations. It provides a cohesive, ready-to-use aesthetic for immediate integration into professional design projects.
