About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa scene for SketchUp features a blue fabric upholstered sofa, nesting coffee tables, and a patterned rug. This comprehensive interior vignette centers on a sleek, contemporary three-seater sofa upholstered in a textured blue fabric, supported by slim, dark-finished legs. The set includes a pair of circular nesting coffee tables with contrasting white and grey tops, a floor lamp with a tripod base, and a geometric-patterned rug in shades of blue, grey, and white. Several decorative cushions in floral and spotted prints add visual depth to the seating area, while a small potted plant completes the composition. The proportions are balanced for standard residential lounge environments, emphasizing a clean, layered aesthetic.

The download is a 84.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is structured as a collection of grouped components, allowing for easy placement and individual adjustment of the sofa, tables, or accessories. Users can easily swap out the decorative cushions or re-scale the rug to suit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped with standard textures, which can be further refined or replaced using native or third-party render plugins. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for efficient scene management when integrating into larger interior projects.

This furniture arrangement is ideal for residential living rooms, modern apartment staging, or hotel lobby lounge areas. It provides a quick, high-quality solution for visualising interior design concepts, particularly during the early design development or presentation stages. Designers looking for a ready-to-use seating group will find this useful for defining focal points in open-plan spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall treatments or neutral interior colour palettes, making it a versatile asset for rapid prototyping and client communication in interior projects.
