About this asset

A contemporary black wood side table set for 3ds Max, featuring a round tripod design styled with a coffee cup and a book. This set features a minimalist round side table constructed from dark-stained timber, supported by three angled, tapered legs. The tabletop includes a subtle raised edge, providing a clean profile suitable for modern interiors. Accompanying the table is a curated decor arrangement comprising a ceramic coffee cup on a saucer and a single hardcover book. The proportions are balanced, making it a functional accent piece for seating areas. The dark finish is consistent across all elements, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic that integrates well into various contemporary design palettes without overwhelming the space.

The download is a 2.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation. Users can merge the model into an existing scene using the native file format. The objects are grouped, allowing for individual adjustment of the cup, book, or table position as needed. Materials are applied using standard shaders, which can be easily swapped or adjusted to suit specific lighting conditions or render engine requirements. Ensure the model is scaled correctly to match the project's unit settings before final placement.

This side table set is ideal for populating residential living rooms, hotel lounge areas, or quiet reading nooks. It serves as an effective 'hero' object for interior visualisations, adding a sense of lived-in authenticity to empty corners or beside modular sofas. Professionals searching for 'minimalist side table', 'living room decor set', or 'contemporary accent table' will find this asset useful for staging projects. It pairs well with modern lounge chairs or as a secondary surface in a bedroom suite near an armchair.
