The download is a 25.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into 3ds Max, manage the assets as a grouped object for efficient placement within your scene. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base of each piece to simplify surface snapping. Apply materials using the native material editor, paying close attention to the velvet reflection properties and metallic highlights on the table base. Use standard scene lighting to emphasize the texture of the fabric and the subtle sheen of the table’s metallic accents during final render passes.

This set is suited for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or quiet reading corners in high-end hospitality projects.
