About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max kitchen island set features a black stone workstation integrated with a dark walnut dining table and six chairs. This kitchen island assembly combines a compact, black-finished storage unit with a textured stone countertop featuring an integrated sink and faucet. A cantilevered, long rectangular dining table in dark walnut wood extends from the island, supported by a slim metal frame at the far end. Six matching chairs with beige upholstered seats and curved backrests are arranged around the table. The design emphasizes a sleek, monochromatic aesthetic suitable for open-plan living areas, offering a seamless transition between food preparation and dining functions. All components are presented as a cohesive furniture set.

The download is a 28.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of the island, table, and individual chairs. Users can adjust the material IDs to customise the wood grain or stone texture mapping. The assembly is scaled for standard kitchen heights, making it ready for placement in floor plans. Lighting setups should focus on the island’s surface and the dining area to highlight the contrast between the matte black storage and the warm walnut surfaces.

Ideal for residential kitchen-dining spaces, open-plan apartments, and modern hospitality projects like boutique hotel suites or co-living common areas. This set serves as a functional focal point, bridging the gap between a chef's kitchen and a formal dining zone. Professionals searching for integrated kitchen-dining solutions, multi-functional furniture, or minimalist open-plan layouts will find this asset highly efficient. It pairs effectively with pendant lighting over the island and minimalist cabinetry, providing a complete, ready-to-render solution for high-end interior visualisations.
