Contemporary Black Rattan and Wood TV Cabinet in Natural Wood

This contemporary 3ds Max TV cabinet features a sleek black wood frame with natural rattan door inserts and minimalist metal hardware. Defined by its clean lines and contrasting textures, this media console pairs a matte black finish with traditional woven rattan cane door panels. The unit is supported by four tapered, splayed legs that provide a subtle mid-century influence. Internally, the cabinet offers two enclosed side storage compartments and two open central shelves, ideal for housing media components or decorative objects. Small, square-profile metal pulls in a muted finish accent the doors. The piece is presented with a decorative ceramic vase, adding a touch of organic warmth to the structured, geometric silhouette of the cabinet.

The download is a 24.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this asset into a 3ds Max project, ensure the pivot point is set to the base for easy placement on floor geometry. The cabinet is structured with logical object naming and layer organization, allowing for quick material adjustments to the wood or rattan components if necessary. Use the included textures to map the cane pattern accurately, ensuring the UV coordinates remain aligned during scaling. For final lighting, position a soft area light to highlight the intricate weave of the rattan panels.

This console is well-suited for living room layouts, media rooms, or open-plan residential spaces where a balance of storage and aesthetic appeal is required. It pairs effectively with minimalist, Scandinavian, or transitional interiors. Professionals searching for a stylish media storage solution will find this piece versatile for both formal and casual settings. It serves as a functional anchor beneath wall-mounted televisions, coordinating seamlessly with neutral palettes or spaces incorporating other natural timber and cane furniture elements within a project.
