About this asset

This contemporary modular storage wall in 3ds Max features integrated open shelving, enclosed sections, and a stone-based planter. This large-scale modular storage wall unit features a sleek, floor-to-ceiling black finish with a mix of open and closed compartments. The configuration includes dedicated open shelves for curated display of decorative objects, glassware, and books, alongside solid-fronted sections for concealed storage. A distinctive architectural feature is the integrated plant display area, which sits atop a stone-textured base filled with pebbles. The unit is designed with clean, minimalist lines and precise proportions, making it a functional focal point for modern interiors that require both high-capacity storage and aesthetic shelving solutions.

The download is a 107 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy management of the carcass, shelving, and decor elements. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane before placement. Materials are applied using standard mapping, allowing for quick adjustments to the wood grain or stone textures. Given the modular nature of the geometry, it can be easily scaled or adapted to fit specific wall lengths by detaching or duplicating individual cabinet bays within the scene hierarchy.

This storage unit is suited for high-end residential living rooms, home offices, or executive reception areas where a sophisticated, tidy aesthetic is required. It pairs effectively with contemporary furniture arrangements, such as sleek lounge chairs or minimalist sofas. Professionals searching for full-height wall storage, feature display shelving, or integrated interior landscaping elements will find this asset versatile. It is ideal for final-stage visualisation where a detailed, accessorised storage solution is needed to ground the space and add a sense of lived-in realism.
