About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp model features a modular black metal grid partition with integrated wood panels and white plant containers. This modular partition unit utilizes a slender black metal frame to create a geometric grid structure. The composition alternates between solid wood-faced panels and open sections, some of which house white cubic planters containing potted greenery. The arrangement is symmetrical, providing both visual rhythm and functional storage or display space. The thin-profile steel members define a light, airy aesthetic, making this piece suitable for open-plan environments where segmentation is required without sacrificing natural light or sightlines. The combination of warm natural timber finishes and monochrome metal creates a balanced, modern look.

The download is a 7.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is structured as a component, allowing for easy placement and scaling within a larger architectural model. Users can modify the material finish of the wood panels or the metal frame via the materials tray to match project-specific palettes. The potted plants are grouped separately, enabling them to be toggled off or replaced with other assets to suit specific interior design requirements. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for better scene management and visibility control.
