Contemporary Black Metal and Marble Nesting Coffee Table Set

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table set features two nesting units with contrasting marble and matte black metal finishes. This nesting coffee table set consists of two distinct units designed to overlap or function independently. The larger table features a rectangular top with a white marble surface patterned with dark grey veining, framed by a slender black metal structure. The smaller, lower table has a rounded square top finished in a solid matte black, supported by a matching thin-profile metal frame. The proportions are balanced to allow the smaller table to slide partially beneath the larger one, creating a tiered profile. The aesthetic is clean, geometric, and functional, suitable for modern interior arrangements.

The download is a 5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection of individual tables or their decorative accessories. Users should check the material editor to ensure all maps are correctly linked after merging into the scene. The geometry is clean, with well-defined edges suitable for close-up renders. If adjusting the placement, ensure the nested configuration is maintained to preserve the intended spatial relationship between the two tables, and consider applying a subtle HDRI for realistic reflections on the metal frames.
