Contemporary Black Marble Kitchen Island with Bar Stools

This contemporary 3ds Max kitchen island set features a black matte counter with a bold marble side panel and two blush velvet bar stools. This kitchen island set presents a minimalist, linear aesthetic composed of a long, matte black work surface supported by a striking, large-scale white marble slab with prominent grey veining. The island is paired with two matching bar stools, each featuring curved, blush-pink velvet upholstery and slim black metal legs. A small decorative arrangement of dried botanical stems in two ceramic vases is included on the counter surface. The composition balances dark, understated monolithic forms with soft textural accents, creating a sophisticated focal point for open-plan living and dining areas or high-end hospitality environments.

The download is a 17.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by object type for efficient scene management. Users can easily append the island and stools as a group or individual assets into larger interior scenes. Materials are applied using standard mapping, allowing for quick adjustments to the marble tiling or velvet sheen. The model is scaled to standard counter height, making it ready for immediate placement in architectural visualisations. Lighting should be adjusted to highlight the reflective quality of the marble and the soft absorption of the velvet fabric.
