The download is a 51 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilising this 3ds Max model in your workflow is straightforward; simply merge the asset into your scene file. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane for easy placement. The materials are pre-applied, though you may need to relink the texture paths in the Asset Tracker if they do not load automatically. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient scaling and adjustment to fit specific floor plans without compromising the integrity of the marble or upholstery textures.
