About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge set features two woven black leather chairs with brass frames and a glass-topped coffee table. The set comprises two matching lounge chairs and a circular coffee table, defined by a luxurious pairing of black leather and polished gold-toned metal. Each chair features a woven leather seat and backrest, supported by a slim, angular brass frame with leather-wrapped armrests. A small, separate pedestal table with a dark wood grain finish and a glass vase with floral decor sits alongside the main coffee table. The primary coffee table consists of a clear glass top held by a minimalist brass structure. The proportions are elegant and low-profile, suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 26.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the chairs and table components. Users can manage the texture mapping on the leather surfaces using standard UVW modifiers to ensure proper alignment of the weave pattern. The brass elements are assigned materials that respond well to standard light setups, allowing for realistic reflections. It is recommended to merge the file into the project scene and adjust the pivot points to facilitate precise placement within the floor plan.

This furniture grouping is ideal for sophisticated living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas where a cohesive, refined aesthetic is required. Architects and interior designers often specify such sets for transitional or contemporary spaces to provide comfortable, stylish seating options. It pairs effectively with minimalist rugs and ambient lighting fixtures.
