About this asset

This contemporary black lacquer TV cabinet for 3ds Max features a sleek, low-profile design supported by a decorative gold metal base. This media console presents a balanced, wide silhouette finished in a deep black lacquer. The unit features four storage compartments concealed behind flush-fitting doors, providing a clean, minimalist aesthetic. A standout design element is the undulating, metallic gold-finished base that elevates the main body, creating a striking contrast against the dark frame. The top surface is flat and expansive, suitable for supporting large displays or soundbars. Its proportions are elongated, making it ideal for wide living room walls where a sophisticated, high-contrast furniture piece is required to anchor the space.

The download is a 15.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene and ensure the unit is positioned at the correct floor level. Check the material slots for the black lacquer and metallic gold finishes, adjusting reflectivity and glossiness settings to match your scene lighting. As the object is a single, unified assembly, you can easily scale it to fit specific wall lengths. Use layers to manage the model's visibility during complex interior renders, ensuring efficient viewport performance throughout the design process.

This TV cabinet works well in modern residential living rooms, luxury apartment interiors, or upscale hotel suites where a refined, contemporary aesthetic is essential.
