Contemporary Black and Marble Nesting Coffee Table

This contemporary nesting coffee table for 3ds Max features a dual-tier design with contrasting black glass and white marble surfaces. This sculptural nesting coffee table presents a sophisticated dual-tier composition, ideal for modern interior arrangements. The upper level features a sleek, circular white marble top with distinct grey veining, while the lower level is finished in a high-gloss black glass, creating a sharp visual contrast. The robust, curved base supports both tiers, providing structural stability while maintaining a fluid, minimalist silhouette. The design includes surface accessories such as a bonsai tree and small decorative pots, adding a sense of scale and materiality to the overall piece. Its staggered layout offers versatile surface space for living room styling.

The download is a 65.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for easy rotation and placement within your scene. The tiered geometry allows for individual material assignment if custom finishes are required for specific project aesthetics. Use standard scene units to maintain correct scale relative to other furniture assets. The high-gloss surfaces will benefit from accurate environment reflections; consider setting up an HDRI map to capture realistic light interaction on the glass and polished marble components during the final rendering process.
