The download is a 17.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max project, ensure the file is merged into the scene at the correct scale relative to your room dimensions. The components are grouped for easy placement; however, individual elements can be detached for custom arrangements. Apply standard material assignments to the metal frame and glass surfaces to ensure proper light interaction. Using an HDRI environment map will help capture the subtle reflections on the glossy black surfaces and the metallic mirror surround, enhancing the overall realism of the render.

This vanity set is ideal for master bedrooms, dressing rooms, or luxury hotel suites where a refined, compact workspace is required. It pairs well with minimalist or contemporary bedroom furniture and soft-toned textiles. Designers often search for this type of asset when specifying high-end residential interiors or boutique hotel projects. It is useful for filling alcoves or dressing areas, providing a functional yet decorative focal point. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with various colour schemes while the metallic accents add a sophisticated finish.
