About this asset

This 3ds Max dining set features a rectangular black table and four brown velvet chairs, offering a sleek contemporary aesthetic. This dining ensemble includes a rectangular dining table with a high-gloss black finish and a substantial pedestal base, paired with four matching dining chairs. The chairs are defined by their rounded, upholstered backrests and seat cushions finished in a warm brown velvet fabric. The chair frames are constructed from black-stained wood, echoing the table's dark, polished finish. The set includes subtle decorative accessories, specifically a glass vase with dried botanical elements and two metallic candle holders, which provide a refined contrast to the deep tones of the furniture pieces.

The download is a 47.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised for efficient scene integration, with materials assigned by element for easy modification. Users should check the pivot points of the chairs to ensure correct placement around the table. The velvet textures utilize standard map channels, allowing for adjustments in reflection and bump intensity. When merging into a larger interior scene, verify that the units match your project scale and consider applying a custom HDRI map to accurately capture the reflections on the high-gloss table surface.

Ideal for high-end residential dining rooms or boutique hospitality spaces, this set provides a sophisticated focal point. It complements modern or contemporary interior design schemes that prioritize dark, monochromatic palettes with tactile fabric accents. Professionals looking for luxury dining arrangements will find this model suitable for both formal dining room visualisations and open-plan living area concepts. It pairs well with minimalist lighting fixtures and neutral wall treatments, serving as a versatile asset for projects requiring a polished, ready-to-render furniture solution.
