Contemporary Black and Brass Linear Pendant Light

This contemporary 3ds Max pendant light features a slender linear frame in black metal with six downwards-facing cylindrical light heads. Engineered with a minimalist aesthetic, this six-light linear pendant light consists of a thin, rectangular metal frame suspended by two slim cables. The design alternates between solid black cylindrical housings and smaller, glass-diffused light apertures accented with warm brass detailing. The fixture maintains a balanced, symmetrical profile, making it suitable for long horizontal surfaces. All electrical components, including the ceiling canopy and suspension wires, are integrated into the assembly. The contrast between the matte black finish and the metallic brass elements provides a sophisticated, refined appearance suitable for high-end interior lighting schemes.

The download is a 7.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this pendant into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene and align the ceiling canopy with the desired slab or ceiling object. Adjust the suspension cable length by modifying the vertical vertex positions if necessary. The light heads are grouped for easy rotation or individual light intensity adjustments. Apply custom photometric webs or IES files to the light sources to achieve realistic illumination patterns, ensuring the light distribution matches your specific project requirements for task or ambient lighting.
