The download is a 55.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 9 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy management of the table and individual chair components. Users can apply custom materials to the tabletop or adjust the leather finish on the chairs using the native material editor. The set is scaled to real-world dimensions, making it straightforward to merge into existing interior scenes. Lighting should be configured to highlight the reflective properties of the marble and the soft sheen of the leather upholstery to achieve realistic results.
