About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a beige leather upholstered king bed with a distinctive tufted, winged headboard design. This king-size bed features a low-profile frame fully encased in smooth beige leather. The defining element is the large, wrap-around headboard, which showcases a quilted, tufted pattern that creates a soft, voluminous appearance. The wings of the headboard curve slightly inwards, providing a sense of enclosure. The mattress is dressed in neutral, minimalist linens, including a textured throw blanket draped across the foot. The overall proportions are generous and low to the ground, emphasising comfort and a high-end, residential aesthetic suitable for master suites or luxury hotel guest rooms.

The download is a 68.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy manipulation of the bedding and frame elements. Users should check the pivot point at the base for accurate placement on the floor plane. The leather and fabric materials are mapped with appropriate bump and reflection channels, allowing for straightforward adjustments to match specific project lighting conditions. It is recommended to merge the file into the scene and instances if multiple units are required for a hotel project.

This bed is ideal for high-end residential master bedrooms, luxury hotel suites, and boutique hospitality projects. It pairs well with minimalist bedside tables and soft, ambient wall lighting. Designers searching for a statement piece that balances comfort with a structured, contemporary silhouette will find this asset versatile. It is commonly specified in interior design workflows where a neutral, sophisticated focal point is required to anchor a room's layout during the final stages of 3D visualisation and rendering.
