About this asset

This 3ds Max dining set features a black timber rectangular table and four oval-back chairs upholstered in a yellow floral fabric. This classic dining set comprises a rectangular table with tapered legs and four matching chairs featuring distinct oval backrests. The table and chair frames are finished in a deep black, providing a sharp contrast to the seat cushions and back inserts, which are upholstered in a pale yellow fabric with a delicate white floral print. The set comes complete with a curated tabletop arrangement, including ceramic bowls, cutlery, glassware, and a central decorative vase with dried botanicals. The proportions are balanced, suitable for formal dining environments requiring a traditional aesthetic.

The download is a 112 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 5 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised by logical grouping, allowing for easy manipulation of individual chairs or the full table assembly. Users should check the pivot points for the chairs to ensure correct rotation against the table edge. The material slots are assigned to distinct object IDs, facilitating quick adjustments to the timber finish or fabric textures. Lighting setups should account for the reflective properties of the glassware and the matte finish of the painted wood components to maintain visual realism.

Ideal for residential dining rooms, boutique hotels, or upscale restaurant interiors, this set serves as a focal point in classic or transitional design schemes. It pairs well with neutral wall treatments or dark, moody palettes where the yellow accents can provide a warm lift. Professionals searching for formal dining arrangements or ornate, traditional seating solutions will find this asset versatile for architectural visualisation projects, particularly for staged kitchen-diner spaces or high-end apartment marketing visuals that require a finished, lived-in appearance.
