About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a beige leather sofa, matching armchair, circular coffee table, and lighting. This comprehensive furniture arrangement comprises a three-seater sofa and a matching rounded armchair, both upholstered in a soft beige leather with pronounced stitching. The set is grounded by a large, shaggy-textured grey area rug and a circular coffee table with a stone-effect top and slender metal frame. A contemporary circular chandelier featuring multiple globe-style glass diffusers on a gold-toned frame provides a focal point above the seating. Decorative elements including a throw blanket and a potted plant add layers of texture and natural warmth to the overall composition.

The download is a 1.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this scene directly into 3ds Max to populate residential or hotel lounge projects. The elements are organised as separate objects, allowing for individual adjustment of materials or repositioning within a larger floor plan. For optimal results, apply custom HDRI lighting to the scene to capture the subtle reflections on the metallic frame and leather surfaces. Ensure the scale is verified against the project units before integrating the furniture into complex architectural models to maintain proportional accuracy.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or modern showroom displays, this set provides a balanced aesthetic for contemporary interiors. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and hardwood or polished concrete flooring. Professionals seeking to furnish open-plan layouts or define intimate conversation zones will find this collection versatile.
