About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair features a textured beige fabric upholstery and a contrasting brown scatter cushion on a timber frame. The armchair showcases a clean, contemporary silhouette defined by its slightly flared backrest and integrated armrests. The primary seating surface is finished in a light beige, textured weave fabric that provides a tactile contrast to the smooth, solid brown scatter cushion positioned in the lumbar region. The seat is supported by a minimalist timber frame with slender, tapered legs, finished in a dark, warm tone that anchors the piece visually. Proportions are balanced for lounge comfort, offering a structured yet inviting aesthetic suitable for a variety of interior schemes.

Users can integrate this asset into 3ds Max scenes by merging the file into the project workspace. The geometry is organised for efficient placement, and materials are mapped to standard slots, allowing for easy adjustment of texture tiling or fabric bump maps to suit specific render engine requirements. The pivot point is positioned at the base for intuitive floor-level placement, and the model maintains a clean topology, suitable for both close-up architectural visualisations and broader interior design compositions.

This piece is ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobby lounge areas, or executive office breakout spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, side tables, and neutral area rugs to create a sophisticated seating group. Architects and interior designers frequently specify this type of lounge chair when seeking a balance between comfort and refined form. It works well in projects ranging from modern apartments to high-end hospitality interiors where a neutral palette is desired to complement architectural features.
