About this asset

This contemporary living room scene for 3ds Max features a modular beige sectional sofa with chaise, set within an industrial loft space. The scene is defined by a low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, featuring deep cushions and a wide, integrated chaise element. Complementing the seating is a dark timber-finish coffee table and an auxiliary leather armchair with a metal frame. The surrounding environment includes floor-to-ceiling industrial window frames, exposed concrete ceilings, and dark metal shelving units. A large, textured grey rug anchors the seating area, while soft grey curtains and subtle decorative accents, including a mustard-toned cushion, provide warmth against the raw, architectural aesthetic of the interior space.

The download is a 125 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can merge this scene directly into an existing 3ds Max project to populate architectural interiors. The model is organized by layers, allowing for easy isolation of the sofa, shelving, or lighting fixtures. Materials are mapped for standard render workflows; adjust the light intensity and exposure settings to match the specific lighting conditions of your project. The scene is scaled to real-world units, ensuring that the furniture pieces align correctly with standard floor-to-ceiling heights and architectural dimensions within the viewport.
