About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max modular sectional sofa features beige fabric upholstery, a central brown leather console, and a throw. This contemporary modular sectional sofa presents a low-profile, linear silhouette defined by deep seating and clean, geometric lines. The primary seating modules are upholstered in a light beige, textured fabric, complemented by a contrasting solid brown leather console unit integrated between the main seat and the end section. The structure sits low to the ground with a seamless, block-like appearance, making it a versatile piece for expansive, modern living environments.

The download is a 180 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the fabric and leather components. Users should ensure the pivot point is set to the floor base for accurate placement within a scene. The materials are mapped with appropriate tiling textures; adjusting the fabric scale via the UVW Map modifier may be necessary depending on the room context. Lighting should focus on highlighting the material contrast between the matte fabric and the smooth, reflective leather console to achieve a realistic finish.

Ideal for spacious open-plan living rooms, luxury apartment lounges, or high-end hotel lobby seating areas, this sofa provides a grounded, comfortable anchor for a variety of interior schemes. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and ambient floor lighting. Search for this piece when specifying furniture for contemporary residential projects, upscale hospitality interiors, or staging high-end properties.
