About this asset

This modular sectional sofa features a low-profile, deep-seated design defined by a grid-tufted upholstery pattern across the seat cushions. The piece is upholstered in a neutral beige fabric and includes several loose back cushions for added support. The configuration includes a chaise section on the left, creating a spacious seating arrangement that balances soft, tactile comfort with structured, clean-lined functional elements.

The download is a 49.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, this model is best utilised by importing the file as a single group to maintain the intended modular layout. Users can easily adjust the fabric texture mapping or replace the material ID to suit specific interior palettes. The integrated side tables are separate objects, allowing for precise placement or removal if the site layout requires a more compact footprint. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned to the floor plane for efficient snapping during the interior scene staging process.

Ideal for expansive contemporary residential living rooms and open-plan loft apartments, this sectional provides a sophisticated anchor for lounge areas. It pairs effectively with low-profile marble coffee tables and minimalist rug selections. Architects and interior designers will find this asset useful for high-end residential projects, hotel lobby lounges, or corporate break-out spaces where a luxury, relaxed aesthetic is required.
