About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric modular sectional sofa scene for SketchUp features a versatile seating arrangement with a matching coffee table set. This complete living room composition centres on a modular sectional sofa upholstered in a light beige fabric, paired with a low-profile chaise extension. The set includes a nested coffee table duo with timber tops and slim black metal frames, a cylindrical fabric pouf, and a floor lamp with a minimalist shade. A geometric patterned area rug grounds the arrangement, while assorted scatter cushions in striped and solid textiles add visual texture. The pieces are designed with clean, linear forms, suitable for modern interior schemes that require a cohesive look without overly complex ornamentation.

The download is a 34.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this model is best utilised by importing the group into your master project file. Ensure the components are placed on a dedicated furniture layer to maintain scene organisation. The textures are mapped for standard rendering workflows, allowing for easy adjustment of material properties. If lighting the scene, consider using an HDRI or internal light sources to capture the subtle shadows cast by the sofa and the metallic frames of the coffee tables for a realistic presentation.

This furniture set is ideal for populating residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, or casual lounge areas in commercial projects. It works effectively in early-stage concept visualisations or final interior renders where a balanced, comfortable aesthetic is desired. Professionals searching for a complete, ready-to-use seating arrangement will find this configuration useful for demonstrating spatial planning and material coordination. Pair this with neutral wall finishes and ambient lighting to enhance the contemporary feel of the space in your next architectural design project.
