Contemporary Beige Fabric Living Room Lounge Set in Brown

This contemporary 3ds Max living room scene features a coordinated beige fabric lounge set with a curved sofa and accent pieces. This comprehensive furniture grouping includes a linear three-seater sofa, a companion curved sofa, an upholstered armchair with timber framing, and a rectangular coffee table. The upholstery is finished in a neutral, textured beige fabric, accented by a curated selection of throw cushions in gold, cream, and striped patterns. The coffee table features a dark timber top supported by a minimalist frame. Decorative elements such as wall panelling, a statement chandelier, and wall-mounted sconces are included to complete the aesthetic. Each piece is scaled to function as a cohesive, balanced seating arrangement for a sophisticated interior.

The download is a 77.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users should import this 3ds Max scene into their existing project file to maintain proper scale and material assignments. The assets are organised by layer, allowing for individual selection or modification of the sofa, chairs, or table components. Textures are mapped using standard coordinates, and the lighting setup provided can be adjusted to match the intensity and colour temperature of the final project environment. Ensure that all supporting assets, such as the wall panelling and light fixtures, are properly grouped for efficient scene management.
