About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa set, modelled in SketchUp, includes a sage fabric sofa, matching ottoman, round coffee table, and rug. The collection features a three-seater sofa with a light sage fabric upholstery, supported by a natural wood frame with slender legs. It is paired with a matching upholstered ottoman on a swivel base and a circular coffee table that combines a warm wood frame with a clear glass tabletop. A patterned area rug in shades of grey, black, and white anchors the composition. The design prioritises clean lines and soft, neutral tones, creating a balanced aesthetic suitable for modern living spaces. Cushions in cream and white are included to provide textural depth and comfort.

The download is an 8.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 4 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this set is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can adjust the scale of individual components or swap textures on the sofa fabric to suit specific interior schemes. The geometry is clean, allowing for efficient placement within larger room models. When setting up scenes, ensure the rug is positioned slightly above the floor plane to prevent Z-fighting, and use the native materials to apply custom bump maps for enhanced realism during the rendering process.

This furniture arrangement is ideal for residential living room designs, open-plan apartments, or boutique hotel lobbies. It complements minimalist and contemporary interior styles, providing a cohesive look for staging projects or concept visualisations. Architects and interior designers can use this set to quickly populate lounge areas, pairing it with additional side tables or floor lamps to complete a project.
