Contemporary Beige Fabric L-Shaped Sofa with Chaise

This contemporary beige fabric L-shaped sofa, modelled for 3ds Max, features a chaise configuration with plush cushions and soft upholstery. The sofa features a clean-lined, contemporary silhouette with a deep L-shaped footprint and a dedicated chaise section on the left. Upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, the piece includes multiple square back cushions and a singular decorative accent pillow with typographic detailing. Its proportions are generous, designed for comfort while maintaining a streamlined appearance that avoids visual clutter in a living space.

The download is a 36.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this 3ds Max model into a scene, ensure the pivot point is set to the base for easy floor-plane placement. The asset is structured with logical layer naming, allowing for quick material adjustments or the swapping of fabric textures to match specific project palettes. Use standard lighting setups to highlight the fabric's soft-touch quality and subsurface scattering effects. For optimal rendering performance, manage the mesh density if creating large-scale interior visualisations, ensuring the cushion geometry remains smooth at various camera distances.
