Contemporary Beige Fabric L-Shaped Sectional Sofa with Chaise

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a beige fabric L-shaped sectional sofa with a tufted chaise and contrasting scatter cushions. This L-shaped sectional sofa presents a clean, contemporary silhouette defined by its low profile and structured, blocky arms. The configuration includes a long, tufted-upholstery chaise section paired with a standard deep-seat sofa module. The primary upholstery is a neutral beige woven fabric, complemented by a set of scatter cushions in varying shades of dark charcoal and slate grey. The seat and back cushions appear plush and generously filled, while the chaise section features a distinct grid-tufted surface, adding visual texture to the overall minimalist form. The entire assembly sits on a low, recessed base.

Designed for efficiency in 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material assignment. Users should verify the scale against the project floor plan upon insertion. The fabric textures are applied using standard mapping coordinates, allowing for quick adjustments to tiling or UVW scale if necessary. The cushions are provided as separate objects, enabling them to be repositioned or removed to suit the specific composition requirements of a scene without compromising the integrity of the main sofa mesh.
