The download is a 17.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, merge the file into your project to preserve the existing material assignments and object hierarchy. The model is scaled for real-world proportions, though users should verify alignment with floor planes upon insertion. Texture maps for the fabric upholstery should be checked for tiling patterns; if necessary, adjust the UVW map coordinates to ensure a natural appearance across the modular sections. Lighting setups should account for the soft fabric surfaces to maintain realistic highlights and shadows.
