The download is a 2.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When working in 3ds Max, ensure the model is placed on a level surface plane to maintain its intended grounded aesthetic. The geometry is organised logically, allowing for easy material assignment to the timber, fabric, and metal components. Utilize the provided UV mapping to adjust fabric textures if necessary, and consider using a soft area light setup to accentuate the intricate shadows cast by the decorative metal grill on the backrest. Keep the model in its own layer for efficient scene management.

This sofa is a versatile addition to residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or high-end waiting areas. Its balanced aesthetic pairs well with minimalist coffee tables and neutral area rugs. Designers searching for an elegant, structured seating solution will find this piece effective for creating a focal point in open-plan layouts. It functions well in both formal and informal settings, providing a sophisticated look that complements various contemporary design schemes, from urban apartments to refined hospitality environments.
