Contemporary Beige Fabric Double-Layer Curtains

These contemporary double-layer curtains for SketchUp feature a layered design with sheer white inner panels and opaque beige outer drapes. This window treatment set consists of a dual-layer configuration, combining a translucent white sheer curtain with heavier, opaque beige fabric drapes. The design features soft, vertical pleats that create a natural, flowing aesthetic when hung. The outer drapes frame the lighter inner layer, providing both privacy and light filtration options. The geometry is clean and balanced, suitable for architectural visualisation where fabric depth and drape realism are required. The assembly is presented as a single unit, ready for placement across window openings in a variety of residential or hospitality interior settings.

The download is a 13.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these curtains are best managed as a component. Users can scale the width and height to match specific window dimensions, though care should be taken to maintain the proportion of the pleats. The textures can be adjusted within the material editor to control transparency levels, particularly for the sheer white layer. For improved performance in complex scenes, ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer, allowing for easy toggling during the modelling process or when setting up final camera views.

These curtains are ideal for residential living rooms, master bedrooms, and hotel suites where a layered window treatment adds a sense of comfort and finish. They pair well with modern interior schemes, providing a neutral backdrop that complements various furniture styles. Professionals looking for realistic window dressing assets will find these useful for enhancing the atmosphere of interior renders. Search for these by terms such as floor-to-ceiling drapes, sheer window panels, or soft furnishings for high-end residential interior design projects.
