About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric curved sofa set for 3ds Max features a modular arrangement with accent tables and a patterned rug. This lounge set features two substantial curved sofas upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, providing a soft, organic silhouette for large living spaces. The set includes dark grey cushions and throws that contrast against the light upholstery. Accompanying the seating are two circular coffee tables with dark, reflective tops and a large monochromatic rug featuring a complex, geometric mandala-inspired pattern. The overall composition balances soft, fluid furniture lines with precise, intricate floor detailing, creating a cohesive aesthetic suitable for high-end interior layouts that require a focal point for social interaction.

The download is a 61.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this set into 3ds Max, ensure the scene units are correctly aligned to preserve the intended scale of the curved geometry. The sofas and tables are typically organised into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and material adjustment of the fabric and table surfaces. Standard practice involves applying a high-quality environment map to capture the reflections on the table tops and using a soft lighting setup to accentuate the fabric texture and the depth of the cushions.

This furniture arrangement is ideal for spacious open-plan living rooms, luxury hotel lobbies, or executive lounges where a sense of comfort and sophistication is required. Designers can use this set to define a conversational zone within a larger floor plan, pairing it with minimalist lighting or architectural features. Search terms such as curved sofa set, luxury lounge furniture, or contemporary living room layout will lead professionals to this asset when planning high-end residential interiors or boutique hospitality projects.
