About this asset

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a beige fabric sofa, a black armchair, and matching timber-framed tables. This curated furniture collection includes a three-seater sofa with cream-toned fabric upholstery and a solid timber frame, paired with a matching armchair finished in black leather-look upholstery. The set is anchored by a rectangular coffee table featuring a natural wood slab top supported by a thin, white metal base. Complementing these are a small circular side table with a slender frame and a low-profile ottoman with a matching upholstered top. The pieces share a cohesive aesthetic, blending warm wood tones with neutral textiles and minimalist metal accents for a balanced, modern residential interior.

The download is a 92.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When integrating this set into a SketchUp scene, import the component and place it using the move tool to align with your floor plan. The models are organised into groups, allowing for easy repositioning or individual selection of the sofa, chairs, and tables. Apply materials via the paint bucket tool if further customization is required for specific lighting conditions. Ensure the model is scaled correctly to your project's dimensions before finalising the layout and setting up your perspective views for rendering.

Ideal for residential living room designs, this set is well-suited for staging open-plan apartments or sophisticated lounge areas in hotel lobbies. The neutral palette ensures compatibility with various interior styles, from modern minimalist to soft contemporary spaces. Professionals can use this collection to populate high-end architectural visualisations, pairing it with indoor plants and area rugs to create a lived-in, inviting atmosphere.
