Contemporary Beige Fabric and Brown Leather 3-Seater Sofa

This contemporary 3-seater sofa 3ds Max model features a two-tone design with beige fabric cushions and a solid brown leather frame. This three-seater sofa presents a sleek, low-profile silhouette defined by a clean, horizontal orientation. The primary seating area and backrests are upholstered in a textured beige fabric, while the outer frame, including the armrests and base, is finished in a contrasting smooth brown leather. Distinctive vertical leather straps descend from the top of each backrest cushion, anchored by small brass-tone circular hardware. The frame sits on low-profile, dark-finished feet. The overall construction emphasizes a balanced, minimalist aesthetic suitable for refined interiors, combining soft textile comfort with the structured, durable appearance of leather detailing.
